On Tuesday 5th November 2024, the Chichester Chamber of Commerce & Industry Annual General Meeting will be taking place at Chichester College.
The CCCI Board is made up of a maximum of 9 Directors. The term of office of a Director is three years. Directors are eligible to re-stand for election for a further two terms.

We are currently looking for candidates within the Membership to fill 4 Board Member positions. These Board positions have specific areas of responsibility. Members can only put themselves forward for one position and need 5 nominations from CCCI members to validate their application.
Any member wishing to stand for election to the board must agree in writing to offer themselves for election and they must have been nominated by at least 5 CCCI Members and such application must be submitted by 12pm on the 23rd September 2024. An official form to process your nomination will be available on the CCCI website from 3rd September along with the description of each role and its responsibilities. If you wish to stand for election to the Board, please download and complete the official form accordingly and return it to [email protected] by 12.pm on 23rd September 2024 with your nominations. Forms received after this time will not be valid and therefore not included in the election process.
Should more than one CCCI member stand for any of the vacant board roles we will be required, by our Articles of Association to conduct a formal vote amongst the whole of the Membership. Election results will be announced at the AGM. In the case of a formal vote, voting papers will be sent electronically to all members 1st October. The vote will close on 21 October 2024.
