South Coast Home Care has announced the launch of its new Wellbeing Hubs, created specifically to support emergency services personnel across the local area.
The initiative is about more than simply opening doors. It recognises the daily pressures faced by frontline workers and aims to provide practical, accessible support during demanding shifts.
The Wellbeing Hubs offer a safe and welcoming space where emergency services personnel can take a break, enjoy refreshments and rest while on duty. In high-pressure roles such as healthcare and emergency response, having the opportunity to pause, recharge and feel supported can make a meaningful difference.
Wellbeing matters. Conversations matter. Having a listening ear and looking out for one another is a shared responsibility and this initiative reflects South Coast Home Care’s commitment to supporting those who serve our community.
Supporters are encouraged to help spread the word and raise awareness of the Wellbeing Hubs. The more visible and understood the initiative becomes, the greater its positive impact will be. For more information, please contact Sophie Reed at sophie.reed@southcoasthomecare.com.
All emergency services personnel are warmly invited to visit either South Coast Home Care branch during their breaks. There is no need to call ahead. Personnel are welcome to drop in whenever it suits them for refreshments, a moment of rest and a little comfort while on duty.
