Paul is the Associate Principal, Employers at Chichester College Group. When not working he likes to travel, cook, read and enjoy the countryside.

Federica Bocciarelli

Federica is the Careers & Employability Manager at the University of Chichester. In her free time, she loves travelling, meeting with friends and cooking for them - Italian dishes are her forte!

John Donoghue

John is the founder of Fresh Eyes Associates, specialising in providing sales and account management consultancy for companies in the IT sector and for any business that undertakes or could benefit from, a consultative sales approach.

Stephen Ireland

Stephen is a Senior Associate Solicitor with Irwin Mitchell LLP in the Contentious Trust and Probate Department leading the Chichester team. He deals with a mixture of disputes arising from wills, trusts and the administration of estates. He is listed as a key lawyer in the Legal 500 and as an Associate to Watch in the Chambers High Net Worth Guide 2023.

Ian Moore

Ian is the MD of Lodge Court, a HR consultancy that provides expert HR guidance to local businesses. As a Governor at Chichester Free School, he seeks to create opportunities for young people, bridging the gap between education and the world of work. Outside of his professional life, Ian enjoys sea sports and amateur videography.

Julian Roberts

Julian is an Executive Leadership Coach with his own coaching practice, helping leaders develop, grow and build resilience. Julian is often found in the sea outside of work, especially when it is cold!

Helen Smith

Helen is the Accounting Manager for Square Accounting. She has held a number of senior accounting roles across Sussex and Hampshire. In her spare time Helen loves to travel.

Jon Trigg

Jon is the founder and Managing Director of Coworking & Flexible space operator, Freedom Works. Jon enjoys spending time with his sons, the outdoors and watching the Super Seagulls!
