3 opportunities for staff working in tourism and hospitality businesses across Arun district to participate in a FULLY FUNDED Welcome Host customer service training before the end of March 2025. 1 Day course: – 12 Feb – 28 Feb -19 Mar.

We’re pleased to share an exciting opportunity for businesses! Thanks to UK SPSPF funding, businesses across Arun have the chance to upskill their teams’ customer service skills early in 2025, just in time for the busy spring season.

In collaboration with Tourism South East and Arun District Council, we invite you to take part in a one-day Customer Service Training Course on:

Wednesday 12 February, Aldingbourne Country Centre, Norton

Friday 28 February – The Victoria Institute, Arundel

Wednesday 19 March – Littlehampton Town Hall. 

Cost: Fully funded – FREE for your team members.

Key details:

• Each business can send two team members to the training.
• The course offers the opportunity to achieve a City & Guilds Award at the end of the day.
• Places are limited to 20 participants, so act fast!
