Heaver Commercial, a local business based in Chichester, is proposing a new warehousing/industrial development by the Temple Bar junction of the A27.

This new grade-A space would bring new blue chip companies to Chichester, contribute £43 million annually to the local economy, work with local suppliers, contractors, and recruiters, and create more than 600 jobs and apprenticeships.
