People Experience Partner, Natures Way Foods

I am passionate about the Chamber’s role in connecting the Chichester and Bognor business community. It’s ability to foster a sense of belonging through networking and events is invaluable. With 15 years of leadership experience in the People/HR sector, I’m eager to contribute fresh ideas and creativity to support the Chamber’s continued success.  

In my current role as People Experience Partner at Natures Way Foods, I focus on enhancing the experience of those I serve, a skill I would apply to ensure every Chamber member feels engaged and valued throughout their journey. My HR expertise also equips me with active listening and empathy, allowing me to provide meaningful support.

Additionally, my involvement with local charities like CancerWise, St Wilfrid’s Hospice, and Chichester Pride reflects my commitment to community partnerships, I’d love the opportunity to strengthen charitable, civic and community partnerships on the Board. I’m excited about this opportunity and believe it would be both impactful and enjoyable.

I am passionate about the chamber and really appreciate the value it has added not only to my professional network but also to my personal life. I would like to give back to the Chamber as it is important to me that it continues to thrive and is cherished by other new members as it is by me.
