The Sussex Snowdrop Trust are delighted that POWER is bringing a unique summer’s evening of movement, mindset and bananas to the Arundel Lido!

POWER Founder, Chief Banana Officer, Elaine Hart will be leading high-energy on static bikes. Forget everything you know about spinning, this is POWER, you’re in charge. Elaine won’t be shouting at you to stand up, sit down or go faster, instead you’ll be listening to a brilliantly-curated playlist, through POWER headphones, alongside Elaine’s empowering, motivational words, known as bananachat.

Working alongside Elaine, in the bananas business, is Becky, a Snowdrop Mum, the Yin to Elaine’s Yang. Becky delivers POWER Yin, a calm and peaceful space, that is still playfully bananas, and immersive, through headphones, yet the movement is Adapted Tai Chi, alongside guided relaxation, and meditation. You never need to have tried either movements, or meditation, before. POWER is a properly inclusive, uniquely bananas, immersive movement experience, for every mind and body. This evening with its spectacular views promises an uplifting, positive experience of movement and giving.
