Last year in conjunction with Chichester BID and Rotary in Chichester many businesses helped sponsor the Christmas tree promotional printed baubles, arranged around the picket fencing, surrounding the Rotary Christmas Tree, at the Market Cross.

This provided Businesses with some six weeks of promotion, right at the center of Chichester.  We provided 450mm diameter printed boards, shaped like a bauble, each printed with the business logo, contact or message for all to see. In addition many sponsored a large 300mm diameter shiny tree bauble, these were hung to decorate the tree.  

We have agreed to repeat this popular promotion again this year. We offer you the choice to take part in this year’s promotion, whilst space permits.  

We are really pleased that the actual Christmas Tree is being sponsored by Kenton Budd, Estate Agents, Chichester, this year.

To join in, please book your printed bauble space by 14th August, by emailing the following information to [email protected].

   – a 450mm diameter printed Promotional Bauble at £95.00 each
   – a 300mm diameter silver Tree Bauble at £45.00 each

100% of all donations received will go to local groups, children and families in need.

We will then ask you to provide artwork or details by 28th September, so we can set it up and arrange printing etc in good time.

Following your confirmation we will send an invoice to you during September for the appropriate sum.

If you do not want to take part this year then please let me know, to save checking with you.

The tree will be erected, decorated and the picket fencing put in place with the printed promotional baubles, on Tuesday 12th November.  

The tree and promotional material will remain in place, in the centre of our city shopping area, until the tree is felled around 5th January.

The Switch-on of the Christmas Lights will be on Saturday 23rd November this year and this event is arranged by Chichester BID and Chichester City Council. 

That will be followed by a new Tree Blessing and Dressing Ceremony on Sunday 24thNovember, arranged by Rotary in Chichester.  

Details of these events will be circulated once they are firm and formulated.
