Brad Ainsworth

Founding Director, Cathedral Wealth Management

I believe I would be an excellent fit for the Chichester Chamber of Commerce & Industry (CCCI) Board member role in Community, Business and Civic Engagement.

With over 12 years of local business experience as the Founding Director of Cathedral Wealth Management, I have developed a deep understanding of Chichester’s business landscape and its unique challenges. My passion for our community is reflected in my other company Springboard 2 Business, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting local entrepreneurs.

Recently, I was honored to receive the British Citizen Award, which recognised my commitment to civic engagement and community service. I have built strong relationships with many local charities and community groups, allowing me to effectively bridge the gap between business and community interests. I am eager to leverage my financial expertise and extensive network to foster collaboration and drive positive change in Chichester’s business and civic spheres

As a potential CCCI Board member, I bring a wealth of experience and innovative ideas to drive growth and engagement. My passion for nurturing young talent has inspired me to propose and champion a Young Chamber of Commerce initiative, aimed at fostering the next generation of business leaders in Chichester. I’m committed to strengthening ties between the business community and our local education system, creating pathways for students to gain real-world experience and insights.

With my financial expertise, I can provide valuable guidance to chamber members on navigating complex financial landscapes, including interpreting Budget implications and adapting to tax changes. This knowledge will help local businesses stay ahead of economic shifts and make informed decisions.

My extensive network, combined with my passion for Chichester’s prosperity, positions me to foster collaboration between businesses, educational institutions, and community organisations, ultimately driving economic growth and civic engagement in our beloved city.
